At FACCES, we believe food is a foundation for thriving families. Our Food Pillar expands access to nutritious options, builds confidence in healthy decision-making, and creates opportunities for self-sufficiency through the FACCES Urban Garden, Fresh Market, and Kitchen.
Twice a month, we host the FACCES Fresh Market. This program allows FACCES members to drive through and pick up fresh produce and groceries free of charge. We also offer limited delivery options for those who live within a 10-mile radius of our location.
The FACCES Urban Garden regularly hosts lessons on urban gardening from local experts. These free lessons are intended for all ages and levels of experience. The greenhouse is a safe, wheelchair accessible space. We welcome the community to come explore and contribute ideas of what to plant and harvest.
The FACCES Kitchen provides free, nutritious meals to youth (ages 1-18) after school hours and during the summer using ingredients from the greenhouse to ensure children have consistent access to healthy food all year round.
Discover simple, nutritious recipes you can make at home with FACCES. We’re committed to expanding access to healthy food—and giving our community the tools to prepare it with confidence.
