Lydia Aaron-Jenkins

Mental Wellness Program Coordinator

Lydia Jenkins-Aaron was raised on the South Side of Columbus and is passionate about mental health and wellness through life learned experiences. Her mother’s mental health journey educated her on the dire need for her to take ownership of her own mental health and wellness.

Through her personal path of therapy, research and practice, and the current state of world affairs, she realized a major need to create awareness and the importance of highlighting non-medical solutions to an individual mental health and wellness journey and sought out to do her part to spread the word. By day she is a certified paralegal with over 20 years’ experience in corporate and advertising law, but her heart lies in personal growth, and the growth of all persons though knowledge of self and self development.

She is currently working towards a certification with the Intuitive Life Designer® Coach Academy, to assist others in their journey of self-discovery and self mastery – with a focus on mental wellness through emotional intelligence, self-love and nurturing practices. Lydia joined FACCES as a program coordinator in 2024 and assisted in the development of the FACCES Mental Wellness Pillar and its foundational programs to create awareness and socialize its importance to the community as FACCES looks forward to building out its mental wellness programs and preventive services in ways that addresses the specific needs of the community we serve.
