Latasha serves as the Legacy Development Director at FACCES, where she is dedicated to strengthening families and communities through intentional, intergenerational impact. She leads program partnerships and outreach initiatives that advance family wellness and financial literacy. Her work focuses on community program development, strategic partnership building, and equity-centered leadership.

Latasha has experience coordinating large-scale events, managing community resources, and engaging stakeholders to expand access to essential services. She also held roles as Executive Assistant at Affordable Housing Trust and Travel and Expense Auditor at IQVIA, supporting executive leadership and ensuring financial compliance. Latasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University. She is the proud mother of five children
