We’re thrilled to announce a new partnership with Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Mobile Care Unit, bringing quality, comprehensive health services directly to families on the South Side! On Monday, January 19, 2026, the Mobile Care Unit will be on the FACCES campus, providing care for youth and young adults ages 0–22.
Services will include immunizations, screenings, yearly check-ups and physicals, bloodwork, behavioral and mental health services, adolescent health care, referrals, medication refills, and more—all conveniently located right in our community.
To participate, a consent form must be completed and submitted by Monday, January 12, 2026. Please email a copy of the signed form to healthwellness@thefacces.org.
After your form is received, the Nationwide Children’s Hospital team will contact each family directly to schedule an appointment time for the day of service. Don’t miss this opportunity to ensure your child receives the care they need close to home!
