Hear from mental health and medical professionals, share experiences and perspectives, and take away recipes and thoughtful meal plans to aid in finding the right foods for moods that lead to holistically healthier lives.
What to expect?
- Discussion on the overall effect that food has on our mental states.
- What foods benefit us, and those foods we should consider limiting, if not removing from our diets, to support living our best lives physically and mentally.
- Experience delicious bites of real meals made in the FACCES Kitchen, including foods from the FACCES Urban Garden.
