She leads daily operations\, ensures regulatory compliance\, and supports staff development and training. Under her leadership\, the center has achieved and maintained the highest Step Up to Quality rating and NAEYC accreditation. Known for her strong communication\, leadership\, and problem-solving skills\, Kye is dedicated to fostering holistic child development and advancing excellence in early childhood education.
